Delete Account

If you wish to delete your Race Log account and all associated data, please submit the form below. We process requests within 15 business days.

Delete specific data (without deleting your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. After signing in to the app or website, open any session and tap Delete to permanently remove that individual session and all of its data (GPS tracks, reports, coach narration). Your account and your other sessions are unaffected.

Data that will be permanently deleted

•Account info: email, phone, display name, avatar, profile
•All session uploads: .vbo files, GPS tracks, notes
•All generated reports: analysis, coach narratives, narration audio
•Custom track names, feedback records
•Login history, device info

May be retained (per legal requirements or anonymized)

•Anonymized statistics (lap-time leaderboard samples with personal identifiers stripped)
•Financial / billing records (if you had a subscription, per tax law minimum 7-year retention, no personal identifiers)
•Content required by law to retain (per statutory period, if applicable)
